Easy to ship Hard to believe but Old Glory ships up to a 30 foot pole in a 10 foot box. The tube sections are placed one inside the other and packed in a 4" x 4" x 10 ft. corrugated box. This type of cost effective packing translated into a 40% saving in shipping cost compared to the cost of shipping a one piece pole. One person can easily install an Old Glory flag pole. Simple to transport, too, in a light truck or car. no special tools are needed. just set the base in concrete, wait several days, assemble the sections, swing pole into place and raise the flag! |

Bolted and Swing Base poles All Old Glory poles having base systems make for easy repairs or relocation. Simply remove the hex nuts from the pole base and, with care, raise or swing the pole off the anchor bolts. Poles are relatively light to allow these maneuvers.
